The Nokia N73 looks way more interesting then previous nokia models, N70 and N 72, and it looks more stylish! It is available is 5 colors, so you will be able to choose between silver, purple, white/red, white and black model.
The Nokia N73 fits right in your hand and you will fall in love with it in one touch! Navigation key is comfortable, and I like the multimedia buttons for the camera and gallery. The volume buttons are on the left side Nokia N73.
The display is a 2.4" QVGA with up to 262144 colors. In my opinion, it would be better if N73's display was able to show up to 16 million colors, making the display crisper and clearer.
Functions
Nokia N 73's processor is a mystery of this cell phone. It could be a new TI OMAP2420 processor with speed 330 MGZ, or usual TI OMAP1710 with speed 220 MHZ, but according to SysExplorer (software for CPU speed measuring) the processor speed is just 208 MHz (CPU-ARM v1024/ABI ARM4). However, when you browse N73's menu, it does work fast!!!
Nokia has done a good job on the graphic editor and camera. They included zoom in and zoom buttons for the 3.2mp camera, something that I've never seen before on a phone!
The internal memory of the phone is 42Mb. Unfortunately this isn't enough for your photos and videos storage. You definitely have to buy a memory card (miniSD) if you want to pack your phone with media.
Unlike its predecessor N70 & N72, N73 has a IR, and bluetooth now supports A2DP, also it has EDGE. But WI-FI is still not supported.
Camera
I have already mentioned that N73 has a built in 3.2 MPx camera with Carl Zeiss optics. Also it has a auto focusing and built-in flash. I like the camera shutter, it's very useful and important for such powerful camera which makes photos with resolution up to 2048*1536 pixels. You can record videos with sound using nokia N73 and the video quality is CIF, with resolution of 352*288 pixels and 15 fps.
Nokia N73 is a typical 3rd edition smartphone. It comes with such software as QuickOffice (QuickPoint, QuickSheet), Adobe PDF and others. Also it has 3-D ringtones, I haven't seen something like this before.
Battery
Battery of this cell phone is BL-6M(1100 mAh),which is pretty good for a smartphone with such big display. Manufacturer proofs that this battery can hold a change for:
~ 246 minutes in talking mode
Up to 350 hours in stand by mode
Up to 800 photos (with resolution 3.2 Mpx)
Up to 186 minutes of video shooting (CIF, 15 fps)
~366 minutes of videos
~ 12.6 hours of music in Flight Mode.
Conclusion
So this phone is not just a new Symbian smartphone, it's a cell phone for modern technology junkies, which is equipped with Carl Zeiss optics!

Re: Nokia N73 Review
I have N73 and my brother has N72. The main difference is in price and functionality. N73 has better camera, 9.1 Symbain, but it costs 100-150$ more. It's up to you which one to chose

Re: Nokia N73 Review
In my opinion, the N73 is among the best cellphones in the N-series. Most others have some or the other bug. the N95 for example is an overhyped set i would say, and most of the people i know who have it, are not happy, with the exception of one or two, who are tech junkies and know their way around problems..
