Hi Kevin,
We got your message and we emailed you back at 10am yesterday. Not sure if you've seen it.
Anyway, unlocking is to unlock the network of your phone. So say if you have a AT&T phone and you want to go to T-Mobile. That's what unlocking is for.
What you have is a personal password. You'll need to either factory reset it or ask Samsung to help you reset it somehow.

I have reaptedly tried to contact you and you have not replied. Your phone system is broken because exactly at 15min it beeps and all you get is dead air, You dont reply to emails.... I am beginning to think this is a real scam...

Hi Don,
Please make sure next time you allow 24 hours for us to respond to you in the future. Our phone system tells you to email us if you have been waiting for 15 minutes, then it hangs up. That's because we don't want to you to wait longer than is necessary. More than likely you were calling us when we were closed. We have replied to all of your emails.

Hi Rahime,
Looks like your order is already processing with the correct T-Mobile Unlock App method. Unfortunately the code you purchased: NETWORK=46269353 PROVIDER=71128668 SUBPROVIDER=19665839 DEFREEZE=70263505 won't work because this device uses the App method, not the code.

I know there is big news about the apple lock and security.
Is there actually a way to break a iCloud locked phone or passcode locked phone? Or is this pretty much a garbage device now?
Cant seem to get a clear answer on the internet
