Help!!!With Song Lyrics

I've been hearing this song on the radio and the last time it played I had a pencil and piece of paper and I managed to jot down some of the lryics. I love this song, it's very catchy and upbeat, but I don't know what the title is or who sings the song! So if any of you can recognize these lyrics and name the song and artist for me, I'd really appreciate it so I can find the CD! If it helps any, I think this is a new song cause I've never heard it before.
