Who else thinks Halloween is getting boring?

Who else thinks Halloween is getting boring? Theres barely anybody trick or treating any more, every1 seems depressed, no decorations around houses prior to other years, parties are getting whack, it just seems like another day where we are supposed to be happy when theres really not much to be happy about. i dont know, maybe thats just me

I don't agree. Everyone made such a big effort around where I live. There were fireworks all over the place. Although my dog was going mad. Ok for one night but not for the whole of winter.

as u get older halloween becomes less about candy more about dancin with hott chix. so i accomplished my goal..then when u get parent old u take ur kids out until they dont need ur help..then u hand out candy...how BORING

If your hispanic or not you could check out the day of the dead (not like it sounds) great festival parties parades lots of cool stuff, although I think this post may reach some of you to late it's on nov 2 every year, kind of a quinkie dink that it's same day as election.

after a certain age, halloween isn't about trick or treating, it's about the parties, the club scene during halloween was pretty wicked

pdiddy, where were you for Halloween?
I was in CT at a party, then a club and ended up in NYC at about 4am, and the club we went to there was WALL TO WALL people. It sucked. I noticed EVERYone was dressed though!!

Well, I have to agree with wcghost. I'm living in the west coast area and ppl around where I live don't decorate for halloween, no pumpkins outside the door, no one is handing out candies, no kids coming around to trick or treat. I mean, I was at home the whole halloween night and not a single trick-or-treater came by for candies.
People used to be way more festive. wonder what happened?

I've noticed that too. It seems like everything's jus' been declining in the past few years. My Halloween was so boring this year.

You guys need to find new places to party then! My Halloween was awesome!
