damn it's hard to just choose one.....but Nas's books of rhymes is a good one.. but i'm also feeling mobb deep - got it twisted..but then again Alchemist has some tight underground beat as well..

to me its a tie between The Essence and Hold U Down

Alchemist is definitely sick on the production. All the beats listed are tight as hell.

mobb deep kills on his beats.

we gon make it is right up there too. in fact jadakiss should have kept his music style like that. his beats are too sparse and boring on kiss of death. (there are a few bangers though)
