Andre and Big Boi are my favorite duo because they are so unique, but they get along so well. And not only do they work together, but they have been friends for so long. Jadakiss and Styles arent really a duo, since the LOX actually a trio, with Sheik.

Yeah but i had to pick 2 and Jada and SP are with each other more than sheik (on their solo albums)

It was tough to decide between Eric B/Rakim, Run DMC, and Blackstar, but in the end, Mos Def and Talib Kweli got my vote. That album was straight fire, and both men have had so many hot tracks on their solo efforts.

Yet, when they rhymed together, it just clicked. In fact, on Talib's "Joy" track, Mos's presence just made that track work again.
