I say he's guilty. I would like to see what the final jury would be like, full of celebrities. I think that the trial will last no longer than O.J.'s simply because Micheal will answer such easy questions wrong. Such as, "Do you think it's natural for a 45 year old man to sleep with a 5 year old boy?" Micheal: "Yes"
This is why he will be guilty, but he does have the best lawyer working for him, but I still say guilty. What about you?

I say he is only as guilty as the sicko parents who allowed their children to be part of his fantasy world Unless its true that they were held against their will? ....and the sicko staff who saw this happening and didn't, somehow, change things. If the parents are to be believed who claim they were held hostage?
Children are precious and should be protected... covering one's eyes, or creating a web of lies in of the guise or pursuit or power and money - these are as much crimes as anything that happened there... Whether Jackson went as far as touching a child or not, he is guilty of things I'd rather not dwell upon.

I´d have to say that he rocked back in late 80´s.. and he doesn´t anymore, so he´s guilty!!

Just my opinion........
I think he did some of the things but I think it was consentual until someone got mad or something went wrong.

True........
You are absolutely correct. I'm not saying he's not guilty or justifying his actions, i'm just thinking that might be how it went down. Either way, yes, he's definitely wrong for the whole "kid involvement" thing all together. Whatever happens to him is his own fault. I seriously think he got some real deep mental issues. The bad thing is, if they can even convict, can you imagine what type of "jail" he's going to be in?

I think he did something he shouldn't have done, but that the media is making it out to be more than it is...
One thing I can't comprehend is this: If a grown man (or woman) violated my child in any sort of way, the first thing I would do is go to the police, not try to get money from the man, regardless of how rich he/she is.
The credibility of the family is shoddy too...the mother lied in a lawsuit again JC Penney Department Store, and the brother is being caught in lie after lie on the stand.
There's no telling how this will end up.
