I so agree bbb! I worked in a local amusement park for a time (summers/college) and LOVED working there! I had an easy job in the shady information booth... but we were cruel... we had daily contests where park employees could stop by and vote for the worst patron-outfit of the day and such things

my family stayed in florida for about a week i think last april or may...unfortunately i had work so wasn't able to go...they brought home lots of pictures on the parade and the sites, the pools and fireworks from Disney...i so envy my siblings...they even got lots of souvenirs, a mickey mouse clock, guitar earings that lightup...i so wanna go...

NooOOooOOooOOOooOooooo.... NEVER fly through Chicago!!! I go out of my way to make sure flights don't connect through Chicago!! I've flown through *counts* 5 times... and NOT ONCE was it "without a hitch"... ridiculously delayed flight*, freak storm**, lost luggage***, a broken plane****, and the topper.... the sudden blackout of the Midwest Air Traffic Control system that delayed my landing by 2+ hours*****!


* Well... it wasn't bad by Chicago terms... but I was 17 and flying alone for the first time... 2 hour delay was freaky!
** Yeahh... it sucked... Mom and I spent 15 hours in the O'Hare overnight :P
*** I got it back the next day... only a little scuffed
****Pilot: "There's a part, on the plane... it... uhh... broke." Honest... he said that.
***** When you're 45 minutes outside of Chicago and suddenly the plane pulls into a tight circle which doesn't stop even though half the passengers are puking their guts out? THAT does not fall in the pleasant category....


Okay... I feel better now....
