    I seem to be back to my 7.5 hour max routine... doesn't matter WHEN I go to sleep... I'll wake up 7.5 hours later. 6 hours is plenty under most conditions... but I haven't slept more'n a 3 hour stretch since July... (pregnant bladder wakes me up!)

    I hate to sleep, only cause I think I'm missing somthing that may be going on. But on the other hand when I'm asleep I hate to wake up?

    Lately I have been having problems sleeping but that is only because of the recent days I have gone to bed extremely late.

    Typically I sleep through even the house alarm.

    I typically do... I've had difficulty since I was a child for numerous reasons up until recently... I sleep better nowadays though... and I need very little sleep too... usually about 4 hours a night 'cept when I'm training. Then I get from 4-6 ...rarely more than that.

    I guess I'm really lucky... as soon as my head hits the pillow I fall asleep, but I do wake up early - no matter what time I go to bed, I never can sleep past 7am - and I usually get up earlier....

    last nite really messed me up, the clocks went forward 1 hr and i managed to get 4hrs sleep

    Oh, yeah.

    I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping. So much so that I saw my doctor and now have some lovely blue pills that make me sleeeeeep deeeeeeeeeply. I've never felt better.
