What is this site even for? Is it just a chat/ help/download? or if mainly about cells then added in some main chat ideas?

If you look at the first page it should give you a pretty good idea! 
It started out as a forum to share ringtones (and have a bit of a chat)
Then we added a very short lived games forum (due to everyone posting copyright games - now you can only discuss games there...)
Next was cell phone forums to discuss brands of cell's
and most recently the service providers.....

Um, if you are smart enough to type in www.CELLPHONEFORUMS.net, you should be smart enough to figure out what this site is!! LOL!
