No matter what codes I try to input, I can't seem to call a call phone in Argentina. Does anyone know how I'm supposed to do this? Anyone know a website that lists the phone codes for cell phones.
Argentina code is 54
BA is 11
In BA cell phones start with either 115 or 15 when you dial them locally.
I've left off ones, added twos. I think I'm missing some type of code.
