Im a guy who likes to have the best, and the most popular choice, so im defonatly geting the ps3.
i can see why a few easily influencial people will get the 360, but its nothing once ps3 is out.

how can it not be the ps3, the power... the graphics.... the better style games. Its got 2 billion units of software (games, media managers, ect) supporting it. from its previous successors ps2 and ps1. And you know the ps2 had 70% of the global console sales with xbox on 16% and game cube on 14 %.... right?? Socom online with the ps3... now that is somthing amazing :>
Then roll on the ps3 games on BD of 23GB of data... thats huge games! while 360 is in 9gb DVD's... yeh... great lol.... not mentioning how the Bue ray disc can be extended with multi layers up to 54GB, and future layers extended up to 100 or 200 GB on a single multi layer Blue ray discs.
quote from amazons ps3 profile....
"""9.What is Blu - Ray?
Blu-ray, also known as Blu-ray Disc (BD) is the name of a next-generation optical disc format. The format was developed to enable recording, rewriting and playback of high-definition video (HD). There are different types of blue ray disk:
A single-layer disc can fit 23.3GB, 25GB or 27GB.
A dual-layer disc can fit 46.6GB, 50GB or 54GB.
To ensure that the Blu-ray Disc format is easily extendable (future-proof) it also includes support for multi-layer discs, which should allow the storage capacity to be increased to 100GB-200GB (25GB per layer) in the future simply by adding more layers to the discs.
They will be sold for approximately $18 meaning games could besold for about $40 - $60 """

I would probably get the 360 because my friends are, so we could play on live together ^_^ Both systems have great games, although PS2 have had better RPGS

Um, WRONG. The XBOX 360 IS backwards compatible. Check your info, I play my old XBOX games on my 360 all the time.
The PS3 will be better, but more expensive. I was tired of waiting so I got a 360 in the meantime and I'm very happy with it.Active Duty Air Force

Re: Xbox 360 Or Ps3
wht would microsoft do w/o bungie!?!?!
and the nintendo revolution is changed to the nintendo wii!
HA
i saw buncha trailers for it it looks catchy, more motion than sitting,
as for the xbox, the 360 has a catch in temrs of price the ps3 will range from 500 bux for a 20gb hardrive, or an extra 100 to add on 40 for gigs
blu-ray disk run for about 25 bux a pop for an empty one
soon sony will be able to create games on double layer blu-ray disk which has an info capacity of 25 gigs per layer
and they r gonna use a blue laser to read these money sukers
i cant confirm wht the price rang of the games r gona be but i think sony is gona make a $h1t load of money of it
cz right now ps2 is selling out better than xbox 360, they r approximately 11 million units sold ahead of xbox 360, if and older, and less powerful game console made by sony can outsell a newer generation of gaming...think how well ps3 will sell....
im definitly gona get it....
only for grandturismo vision.. i love grand turismo my favorite game of all time
anyone else agree?Hey there!
