Although I totally LOVE Cyprus Hill's 'Dust' which is a bit of both.

Rock has FAR more variety than rap and requires more talent.

There are some kinds of rock music I still like and would love to listen to, like Linkin Park

Both are good , indeed, but I, without any doubt, give my vote to RAP. Rap singers can spit the whole truth on you in like 4 minutes song.

I prefer rock!!!
