and another clue to the 2nd unidentified location... one of the skyscrapers there was once the tallest in the world, (by height alone to the top of the towers).
Also to the last one... there was a big earthquake near here recently.

That certainly qualifies as a house so yes, I guess I could. A house is merely a dwelling or shelter... but, that wasn't what was being referred to up there. Those are houses up there and they are in the ghetto... so both are accurate.
