    All depends on the car, Some cars can pull it off, most cars just look like your trying too hard with them.

    The rims should only be spinning when the vehicle is moving, there should be no moving parts when stationary!

    I had hubcaps on my 1990 accord that came loose and were kind of like spinners.

    I think getting them for you car is stupid.

    The problem is this. It makes it look like you did not stop at the stop sign. So if the police is near by, they will pull you over for not stopping at the stop sign.

    The way they determine whether to pull you over or not, they LOOK at your WHEELS FIRST.

    So you either have lots of money to pay for the tickets or you will soon get rid of those wheels.
