My friend has a Motorola


She said that the phone is all jacked up & is needing to upgrade it. She talked to someone with T-Mobile (not sure if it was a CSR, authorized agent, or a Corp. employee), but she was telling me that she feels like she's getting jacked around. I'm trying to find a competent person that I can refer her to for assistance.
