It's illegal in the states They just busted someone's plans on Interstate 81 (in Pa) for growing close to $90,000 worth of canibus in the middle of the highway median! Plants were about 6 feet tall, which is getting big, but not there yet... I've seen them up to about 7 1/2 feet.

The way that i see it is if someone wants to use it let them use it, marijuana is nature. Treat it the same way as alcohol, would it be harder for police officers to detect and might people be brought down to the jail that aren't users? Yes i am sure that it would happen but to say that people that use marijuana cannot function, no you can function on marijuana a lot better than alcohol unless you are just smoking da f out. When i was in high school the 2nd highest gpa in my grade was the biggest pot head that i know and he didnt cheat off of anyone.

Legalize it. Putting people in prison for something safer than alcohol and tobacco is antiquated.
