beach sand in phone x[

Hello all,


HELPPPP !!!I got lots of sands in my cell phone, I manage to clean most of them out but there are still some in it. Now after a while my phone started to get really "statisticy" whenever I make/receive calls. I'm pretty sure that it is from the sand because my roommate got the exact same problems after getting beach sand in his phone. Anybody else had the same problem? or experiences? on how to fix these kind of problems? thank!

PS: I have an Asus v80 and my friends cell phone is a Motorola silver Razor

Man, sand is the worst thing in the world. Even in vehicle carpets, sand is the most horrible thing in the world.

Ummmm, you need to take the entire handset apart and clean it. Short of that, you basically need a new phone.
