I am interested in setting up my website so that people can download videos to there cell phones! I'm not sure if this is a simple task, but if anyone can help, or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I believe that you would use .3gp formated videos, but wnat size? 120x120, 200x200?

I plan to offer this as a free service, so I'm not looking to set up a charge section, just something that you could goto and download free shorts!

For example, you log onto the site and there are thumbnail's of the videos we offer, and a number (possible a text number) that relates to the video. And then the person could enter the text and the video would download from the server. I'm sure it's not that easy, but you get the point of what i would like to set up. If there are any tutorials that would help, please let me know!
