I've been trying to call someone on their cell, and when I call them it dosn't ring or go to someones voice mail. What happens is as soon as the phone connects to the number, a rap song plays. The song plays for exactly 2 mins and then it beeps like to have you leave a message.

Could Someone please tell me whats going on with this number?
