Why Didn't New American Gladiators Use the Old Style Music?

One of the first thinks I noticed. They didn't retain the old style music or even try to remake any of it. It's in the middle of this video:

New music is more dramatic than exciting and patriotic. BOOO

Also, Hogan sounds too scripted. (monotone) "Wow, that is the incredible"

Haha, agreed....at least some of the girl Gladiators (venom, crush) look less like guys than the old school girls did.

I'm a Hulk fan, but I think Hogan just is not a good announcer.

I just listened to the theme they're using again, and it sounds like the music in Saw crossed the music in Pirates of the Caribbean.
