Hi all. I would like to send a text to a device that's not a cellphone. It will receive an electronic text signal that gives off a beeping sound ONLY to locate it's where abouts. So im wondering what my pcb board will need?

Im wanting an off/on function button - An atenna? - A speaker - A led light? - A battery 23a 12v alkaline similar to a car alarm battery (don't know if you need the pcb connected to this?) - A sim connector and sim card?

Im wanting the PCB board to be the same size as a car alarm keychain/holder. If anyone can help me with this great.
