After many years of multiple accounts…

After many years of multiple accounts with Synchrony, I mistakenly have one late payment. 3 days late but well before the next statement comes out. No grace period! No forgiveness! Late fee penalty plus a minimum interest payment on a $19 balance. Canceled all my Synchrony cards. Won't use them again. They don't have respect for good customers. I can only imagine how they treat people who are having financial dificulty.
