Ok, the AT&T website is driving me up the wall! I recently purchased a different nokia phone, and now when I log in to my AT&T ringtone account thing, it still has my old one and I can't search polyphonic ringtones, only the monophonic since that is what my old phone had. I've been looking everywhere on how to change the type of cell phone I have, but I can't find it! Anyone know how to?

all you have to do is d/l a midi and put it onto geocities or something like that, then get onto that site with your phone. it automatically d/l's the tone for you.

don't get me wrong muWAP is one of the best places i've found for its prices on downloading. But as someone who has a datacable its a pain because it does not allow for downloading to the desktop.

Actually it does -- $2.49 and up subscriptions include download links which will download whatever file you chose directly to your PC

Thank you, that is very good to hear.
I started the site as an alternative for our phones -- The T720i has a ringer that isn't very loud, and I couldn't see paying $1 for each tone elsewhere, not knowing whether it would improve the volume problem before I purchased it. All I wanted was a "normal" ringtone that was loud enough to hear when outside. Since our T720i phones didn't support data-cable downloads at the time, I started the Loud & Free site, which later turned into muwap.
With tens of thousands of new files and millions of downloads, I had to start charging folks in order to pay my hosting fees. Turns out, baby-food is expensive
