I'm not really quite sure what you would call this. I got my cell phone a few months ago and it worked fine. Yesterday though I realized that my phone suddenly won't acknowledge passwords or any numbers pressed after a call has been connected. On my phone-card for example or my voice mail. It will let you dial and call numbers, but when it asks for a password it just doesn't register.

I haven't to my knowledge changed anything on it, though it could have fallen into the hands of my younger brother. What is causing this and how do I fix it? Thank you.
