    Hi

    I have lockline insurance, and today my LG 1200 broke. The last time i used Lockline I had an ericson T226. I am wondering if when I call them they will only send me an Ericson T226. Anyone know there policy?

    No your LL ins is only on that LG 1200 on your account. The XBM where your replacement phone is coming from will be a reconditioned phone of the same model as you were paying for the LL ins 3.99 a month for. Policy states that the customer will rec'd a reconditioned phone with a 50 deductable billed to you on your cingualr bill. You cannot get another phone of your choice because your account will reflect what you were paying your LL ins for monthly. I hope this helps

    My concern is that I dont think I ever called them to let them know I bought an LG. They're records might show I still have a T226, a much cheaper phone.

    i see did you move your sim card over and just start using the LG?
