Is anybody else having an issue staying logged in on their website? I've tried to email customer service several times and I log in and then when I go to the "contact us" screen it says I'm no longer logged in.
Don't any of you say "OMG YEW DON'T HAVE KOOKIEZ ENABLED MAN", because I do, and not only that, I've tried it on several computers, and with the cookie security setting all the way on low--it doesn't work. And I find it very lame they don't provide a regular email address for contact for generic information and not account specific information. How the hell can you report tech issues if the tech is keeping you from emailing cingular?
I will be calling cingular soon about this but I sincerely doubt any customer service associates are going to know what the problem is.

Yes, the site is bad
I am actually a professional web site developer and I find that site apallingly bad. It looks nice but it has bad code all over the place. I cant stay logged in either (I am using Safari) and sometimes I just get in a loop of trying to log myself back in. My cookies are also enabled.
I have seen complaints about this website in a lot of different places--I cant imagine why it isnt addressed.
