    In the past, the Cingular.com website had intermittent problems. Most of the problems related to login non-response.

    In the past three days it has been impossible for me to log into my account at Cingular.com. I called the customer service line three times, and each time I was told that there is no website tech support that they know of.

    I have searched the website itself, and could not find any link or email address or telephone number to initiate a tech support case.

    Anybody have any ideas? I tried by using three different browsers, cleaned out the cache for all three, deleted old Cingular cookies, etc., but still no luck.
