    Does anyone know what steps I will have to go through to replace my current Motorola 120t with a Motorola e398 unlocked. I have a active account with cingular at the present time and the contract time is over.

    call cingular 18003310500 and just tell them your cell phone broke and tell them you want to do a esn swap and they will activate the new phone...
    thats what i do it works
