I have a sony ericson cingular phone and I want to switch it to my sprint service. My sprint phone fell in the water and no longer works. I don't plan on staying with sprint through Feb. of 2006 so I son't want to invest in a new phone. I don't think my sony ericson phone can handle "real sound" ringtones..but i don't care....I just want a phone that works..HElP!!

first of all cingular is a gsm service provider, and sprint is cdma service provider. im thinking how you gonna do that? one phone have sim and the other phone don't have sim. to be honest with you! it's not gonna work.

They have a lot of free phones if you go to the sprint store instead of going through some kiosk in the mall.. I liked sprint, but your phone wont work with it, you will have to get a new one.
