Why not call Cingular and find out why they are calling? You sound like every customer that comes into my store. Wants something for free or they are pissed.

Thanks for the statistics...if every customer you have is pissed then obviously Cingular has problems with their service.

I have called that f*cking company for 8 months in a row to get my billing right and they screwed up again this month. I don't need that sh*t from someone I'm forking over $1200 a year to...f*ck'em.

I highly doubt it. You are probally one of the customers that can control their kids thus the reason why your bill is so high. I understand billing issues, but 8 months???

If it has been a year, the account has gone to collections. If an account is a certain time period past due (usually 30-60 days depending on the company), it is sent to a hired collection agency. It is the collection agency that is calling you, not Cingular. After an account goes to collections, you deal with the collection agency. Thats what they are hired for. When they call you next time, stay on the line & tell them you are paid in full, there may be an error in their automated calling system which they need to manually remove. Hope this helps.
