Why not call Cingular and find out why they are calling? You sound like every customer that comes into my store. Wants something for free or they are pissed.

It is the collection agency that is calling you, not Cingular. After an account goes to collections, you deal with the collection agency. Thats what they are hired for. When they call you next time, stay on the line & tell them you are paid in full, there may be an error in their automated calling system which they need to manually remove. Hope this helps.
