hey all,
i received a call from Tmobile saying that they would give me a free phone or something if i rejoined their service(i terminated about a week ago) i had lost my simcard in my house for the past year.
i was out of contract. during that week, i went to cingular. i bought the black v3 and now i want to switch to tmobile. i will keep on paying my cingular bill, but the tmobile willl go under a family plan with a person in my family.
now, i have a few questions:
1. Should i switch?, is it worth it?, is cingular better than tmobile or vice versa
2. how can i unlock this black razr so it will work with tmobile.
3. can i obtain JUST a new simcard with a plan?
4. is black better than silver in the razrs i mean?

Depends on where you are but in the Northwest, T-Mobile only works in the bigger metro areas. small towns, coast line forget it. By comparison, Cingular works practically everywhere.
If you have noticed increased coverage areas since you have been on Cingular then I would think it would be a no-brainer. But if you are in a major city and don't leave then it's a toss-up.

You are going to still pay for your Cingular bill, and it is worth it???? I don't know about that.... I would keep Cingular & keep the expenses down.

true... my area is very spotty. I can be in one side of town, and go back home, and loose signal twice before i get back, and its not my phone (lol ) ALL of my phones were this way.
