I used to be an ATT subscriber but I migrated to Cingular. I cracked the screen on my cingular phone which was also a T721. When I placed the sim card and battery into the ATT T721 it asks me to enter a subsidy password. ATT verifies that it is asking me to unlock the network, however they say they don't have that info. Can anybody help?

Your phone needs to be unlocked.
You can:
1. Call your local stores & see if anyone can do it locally
2. Check the advertisement forum here & see if anyone will do it cheap
3. EBAY. seems cheapest, but check feedback & hidden shipping costs. You have to send your phone out, so DEFINITELY check feedback. I am unsure if motorolas can be unlocked with a code, or if software must be used...you may want to research that.

4. Search the forums. I found that you won't get it unlocked by Cingular, orange or blue.
