Hi All,
I am having a problem where some of the incoming calls get automatically transferred to voice mail without any ring or any other notification. I found that many cingular customers
all over the US are facing this problem. Any one here ? Also, has anyone discovered
why is this happening and what is the way out (ofcourse except calling their customer service).

a friend who works for cingular told me they didnt have that ability yet
you'd think costomer service would know that
