    i just got a black v3, and i was wondering what does reflashing mean? and seem edits, what are some good mods i can do to my phone to make it the most practical, also i have a lot of music on my computer, how can i make the songs into ringtones, and how can i make certain numbers have different rings? also can i change the picture on the front from the cingular logo to something else that i chose?
