Some Questions about GO Phone

Hello,
i am thinking about getting a cell phone, primarily prepiad since im a student and dont have lot of money. I wanted to know feedback on its ease of use etc, also some questions were

- how much a minute $/m
- are the incoming calls free ?
- How much does it cost for Text messaging
- how many minutes you get for $25 ?
