Need advice...which phone is better?

I have cinglular and i my contract is up in a few days but i want to stay with them and get another year...but i cant decide what phone to get.
right now i have the motorola v400 which has been pretty good to me for the most part.
I have been looking at the moto razr and v551, i want something with a camera and bluetooth for sure, as well as speakerphone, and videos would be nice. Verizon offers the motorola 815 i think it is, which has a video camera, bluetooth, and a memory card slot that enables you to store and play mp3s over the speakerphone, much like the moto rokr, but its a way better phone all together. So..... im just looking for some tips on which phones to look at closer and which phones to avoid completely. Any help here would be appreciated since ive got to narrow it down pretty quick....thanks
