    LG CG300 Holster

    A design issue has been identified which affects the LG CG300 when used with the Holster (CAS LG CG300 Holster). If the device is inserted into the holster the speaker button at the top of the device is pressed and held down. This can cause the device to freeze up and become inoperable. The battery must be removed and reinserted to regain functionality.

    If a customer is affected by this issue please refer the customer to the nearest Core store for replacement of the holster or to Customer service for credit or replacement of the holster.
