so the local stores for cingular have alot of cell phones to look at?
and also, when u pick out a phone such as the samsung D807, can u just add it 2 ur current family plan so the phone is cheaper?

If you're buying just the phone, you have to pay the full retail price. Only time you are getting the phone cheaper is when you are including it with a new activation, or through upgrading. Check your plan if you are eligible for early upgrade.
