Wet phone.. please help!!

i have a cingluar phone LG... and well it was rainning today and i had it in my hand running home, i was on it for a little bit... then i went over to my friends house and it was working fine... till i got home, the battery is fine the card works, just the screen... its like blue.. and i can get phone calls but i cant see the screen... can someone help me?? im letting it dry right now by the window... please help me thank you!!

If the problem still persists, just have the screen replaced.
