When I purchase a ringtone on my cingular phone from shop tunes, does the time i'm connected to the service goes against my minutes right. So would it be smart to purchase my ringtones on the weekend?
I'm kinda worried about hidden charges if I am on the cinuglar shop tunes network.

sony ericsson z525 Its a nice phone, i really like it. So it doesn't cost anything extra to download the tone, besides the $2.50 plus like 5min of airtime?

If you dont have a medianet plan it will charge you buy the kb. and that can rack up. Cingular charges by the kb and Verizon charges by airtime + price of tone

No. When you're connected to the internet from your phone, it doesn't use your daytime minutes! It's completely different. Your minutes are for voice. Internet usage is data.
