do airtime minutes count as free mobile to mobile ONLY when both persons are IN the cingular network? does only the person making the call have to be IN the cingular network? or can both people be roaming?
I just know that all carriers "piggyback" on each other's cell towers so much i didn't want to have to worry about if i was connected to a cingular tower before i called my friends on their cingular cell phones.
thanks
