just a few words to warn potential customers,
i travel quite often abroad so to have a pay as you go account makes sense doesnt it, espacially if one just use the phone for text messaging and to have a contact address?
well, having paid 35$ in total , i have used only 11$ over the last few months, thus my account should be 24$, right.... my airtime expired leaving me with a ZERO balance upon my return to the US, so the company pocketed that 24$ and is unwilling to reimburse my credit upon getting more airtime
no one mentioned the airtime window ,
which coincidentally is the shortest compared to the uk for example that has no airtime fees whatsoever...
my point is that having a pay as you go account with these 'conditions' defeats the purpose of a low budget 'no strings' account, and as a consumer i have been had...

Why are you complaining?! Read the policies. You're also informed by the automated operator that when you fill your Pre-paid account (with the exception of the $15 purchase), that you have 90 days to use the purchased amount. And that the only way to retain the unused amount is to add. Yes, that is a con for having a pre-paid account. But that's why there is a difference between pre-paid and post-paid. With Cingular's post-paid plans, there is rollover. "No strings" means no contract obligations and such. So, all I see from your post, it has no validation to your rant. You're just simply whining.
And dude, don't double post.
