Purchasing Blackjack without a plan

Hello everyone,
I'm currently a cingular customer, and I'm not elgible to upgrade my phone. So I have been shoppin around the net to see if they got some cheap blackjacks for sale. Though everytime I come across one, in order for me to get the phone, I would need to purchase a plan. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a site where I can purchase the blackjack without a plan? Also another question, since I'm in a family talk plan with cingular, would it be ok to take my old sim card and give it to the blackjack? I'm not sure if it would work or not. Thanx in advance

As long as the phone is locked to Cingular or unlocked, yes, your old SIM card will work.
