selling a cell phone

I am wanting to cell a cingular 3125 on ebay. What do I need to know about making sure this phone is ready for them and is ready to work? I bought the phone on ebay myself and used it for a very short time. Help.

First and most important make sure you set it back to factory settings. By that I mean the way it was out of the box, no downloads, no calender/contact information. Try and make it look as new as possible even thought you might be selling as used. There are a ton of phones selling on e-bay so you need make sure your phone can stand out above the rest, usually by its condition, both physical and software. Good luck.
