New Cingular Rip-Off

I was surprised at the overage in my December bill. After comlaining they reduced the bill, but I was determined to keep track of my minutes online. What I discovered is that the company changed the terms of my contract, w/o adequate notice. I had been paying and extra $7 for extended nights and weekends: night starts at 7pm and Friday is part of the weekend. Well they unilaterally deleted the Friday as weekend and have been charging Friday calle against anytime minutes.

I would call and ask about that myself. According to the website early nights and weekends are monday through friday.

wait... wait... can you please explain that again?? They were charging you anytime minutes on a friday??? The weekend does not start until 9pm on friday night or 7pm if you have early nights and weekends. i would love to explain your situation better, just be a little more specific with the problem you had on the bill.
