    That would be a textamarketer.. register your cellphone or your friends cellphones on the do not call list, it stopped my texting spam, anyway.

    Notice the "cingular.com" entry rules URL.

    This is spam sent to you by your carrier Cingular. It's shameful but it's also from own your carrier, not some nameless "textmarketer" hiding somewhere.

    This is the next nightmare. 3/4's of all email is now crap. The next shoe to drop is your phone getting 3 million text messages a day with advertising garbage about free mortages and Viagra. Yuck.
