Problems with AT&T

Dear Mr. Wireless guy,
Please how do you class phones, 4, or 5? Class one better?
Is there a list somewhere?
We talking GSM phones here?
On the subject of AT&T, they always seem to like phones with glitz and no go. Weakest reception possible. When I complained about my GSM reception the customer service rep actually suggested I change to TDMA only. No clue as to reality at AT&T, hence the cruddie phones.
I am now a T-Mo fan, nice customer service.

based on 2000 plus feedbacks, ATT GSM does have the worst reception. You can search reception based on cellphone, zipcode and carrier, pretty cool.
