I hate ATTWS

I have been visiting this site a few times... and honestly i understand people have to vent and show frustration... but really. the thing i hear the most os that attws customer service sucks... y.. because u dont get everythng u want.... because when i phone us u are so mad and screaming we cannot hear you here is an idea call in calm and see how muchfaster u do indeed get helped

Yeah...I've heard it all before. Infact, I hear it everyday. We constantly hear it from customers. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to make everyone happy when all you hear is complaints and swearing. It's a very hostile enviroment. I myself am a very honest sales person and if I feel the service will not work for them in their area I will most certainly tell them. Believe it or not some people hate it when you tell them it won't work because they feel you are pushing them away, not wanting to help them. Bacisally, it's a lose lose situation for us.

An other thing is you need to remeber it's cellular service and it's not garanteed to work perfectly everywhere. By going to another carrier won't solve all of your problems. You're still going to end up being in areas where your phone will have no service. SORRY.....
