    According to the news it is LEGAL to download mp3's in Canada even if you don't own the CD. BUT it is illegal to UPLOAD them. LOLOLOL gotta love Canadian law. Guess since they usually download from an American server it shouldnt' be a problem.

    even i've heard this news, it was in many papers.
    Canadians have messed up laws, anyways it's goood for the people living there, they can download mp3's from american or anyother ppl outside

    apparently Canada is the place to go for all ur mp3 needs. I wonder if the musicians who are against "pirated music" is gonna go after this Canadian law?. but who TF carez, free dl in Canada!

    That's a great rule! Canada has always been amazing with these liberal laws and such. I'd love to live there one day, everyone seem so friendly compared to the cold people that live here in the UK.

    Mp3 downloading should always be legal becuase everyone has a right to share what they own.
